Captain America, Batman The Dark Knight Rises, Battlestar Galictica: Caprica


No caption.This week's Entertainment Weekly (on sale October 29) features a cover giving us a first look at actor Chris Evans in his red, white, and blue Captain America costume that will be seen in Marvel Studios' Captain America: The First Avenger. The issue will feature a story giving readers more details about the movie and the actor's thoughts on bringing Cap to the big screen. You can see the cover now at Popwatch.ew.com.
As reported yesterday, director Christopher Nolan told the Los Angeles Times' Geoff Boucher that his third Batman film will be titled The Dark Knight Rises and not feature The Riddler. Today, Nolan is back and discusses his decision to not shoot the film in 3-D. Source: Herocomplex.latimes.com.

  • SyFy has announced that it has cancelled Battlestar Galactica: Caprica, with the last five episodes of its first and only season to air in Q1 2011. Earlier this week it was announced that the network had greenlit Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome, apparently Caprica's successor. Source: Deadline.com.
